Job Title: District Leader - Vending Operations

Job Description: As a District Leader in Vending Operations, you will hold a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company's vending business. You will be responsible for overseeing operations within an assigned district, managing vending operators, and ensuring the profitability and efficiency of vending machine operations. Your duties will include financial reporting, expense management, performance projections, and providing leadership and support to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee vending operations within the assigned district, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

  2. Provide leadership and guidance to vending operators within the district, assisting them in maximizing machine profitability and efficiency.

  3. Conduct bi-weekly financial report meetings to review revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics for the district's vending operations.

  4. Conduct bi-weekly expense report meetings to monitor and manage expenses related to vending machine maintenance, restocking, and other operational costs.

  5. Conduct bi-weekly district projection meetings to forecast revenue, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve district goals.

  6. Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing initiatives, product promotions, and pricing strategies to drive sales and profitability.

  7. Monitor inventory levels and product assortment to ensure optimal product availability and customer satisfaction.

  8. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with clients and location partners.

  9. Develop and implement training programs and resources to support the professional development of vending operators within the district.

  10. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in vending operations, and integrate relevant insights into district strategies.


  1. Associate's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is recommended.

  2. Minimum 5 months of experience serving as a Lead Trainer in a vending business or related field.

  3. Proven track record of effectively managing 8-10 vending machines, demonstrating strong operational and financial acumen.

  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.

  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  7. Willingness to travel within the assigned district as needed.

Compensation: Base pay: $23 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional incentives may be provided based on district performance.
