Job Description: As an Executive in Vending Operations, you will hold a senior leadership position overseeing the strategic direction and management of the company's vending business across multiple states. Leveraging your extensive experience and expertise, you will drive innovation, growth, and profitability across all aspects of vending operations. Your role will involve setting strategic objectives, developing and executing business plans, and providing leadership and guidance to senior management and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion within the vending business across multiple states.

Provide leadership and direction to senior management and operational teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Oversee all aspects of vending operations, including sales and marketing, operations management, financial performance, and customer service, across multiple states.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and business development.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Monitor financial performance and operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize performance.

Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the vending operations team.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, building relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.

Provide regular updates and reports to the executive leadership team, outlining key performance indicators, strategic initiatives, and business outcomes.

Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of business operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 15 months of cumulative experience in leadership roles within the vending industry or related field.

At least 12 months of experience served as a State Lead in Vending Operations or equivalent senior leadership position.

Proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence within a large-scale vending operation.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans to achieve long-term objectives.

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Flexibility to travel as needed to support business operations and initiatives.

Compensation: Base pay: $32 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional incentives may be provided based on performance and overall business results.
