Job Title: Head District Leader - Vending Operations

Job Description: As the Head District Leader in Vending Operations, you will assume a strategic leadership role overseeing multiple districts within our vending business. You will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing operations, and ensuring the success of vending operations across your assigned territories. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to district leaders, implementing company-wide initiatives, and fostering collaboration and alignment across districts to achieve overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to district leaders, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

2. Oversee multiple districts within the vending business, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.

3. Develop and implement operational plans and initiatives to optimize vending operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

5. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

6. Provide guidance and support to district leaders in areas such as financial management, inventory control, customer service, and team development.

7. Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with district leaders to review progress, address challenges, and provide coaching and feedback.

8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the vending operations team.

9. Serve as a liaison between district leaders and senior management, providing regular updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Associate's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 months of experience serving as a District Leader in a vending business or related field.

3. Proven track record of effectively managing 9-11 vending machines across multiple districts, demonstrating strong operational and financial acumen.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

6. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to achieve business objectives.

7. Flexibility to travel within assigned territories as needed.

Compensation: Base pay: $25 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional incentives may be provided based on performance and overall business results.
