Job Description: As a Lead Trainer in Vending Business, you'll take on a pivotal role in providing comprehensive guidance and instruction to individuals venturing into or expanding their vending business. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, refine, and deliver training programs covering all aspects of vending machine operations, inventory management, customer service, and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive training materials covering various facets of vending business operations, including machine maintenance, product selection, pricing strategies, and route optimization.

2. Lead engaging and informative training sessions using diverse mediums such as workshops, webinars, and online courses.

3. Provide personalized coaching and support to trainees, addressing their unique challenges and needs in launching and managing a vending business.

4. Conduct hands-on demonstrations to reinforce learning and develop practical skills among trainees.

5. Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in vending, integrating relevant insights into training programs.

6. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align training efforts with organizational objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and approach.

7. Continuously assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations, iterating on training methodologies as needed.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in the vending industry, business coaching, or training roles is essential.

2. Strong communication and presentation skills.

3. Ability to build rapport with trainees from diverse backgrounds.

4. Proficiency in training tools and technologies.

5. Ownership or management of 4-6 vending machines to ensure practical understanding and credibility.

6. Minimum 5 months of experience as a trainer in a related field.

Compensation: Base pay: $22.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additional incentives may be provided based on performance.
