Job Title: Senior Executive - Vending Operations

Job Description: As a Senior Executive in Vending Operations, you will hold a top-tier leadership position responsible for overseeing and directing the strategic growth and operational excellence of the vending business within a specific region: East, Midwest, or West. Leveraging your extensive leadership experience and industry knowledge, you will drive innovation, profitability, and market expansion across all aspects of vending operations within your designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion within the vending business across the designated region, which may include multiple states and vending machine locations.

  2. Provide visionary leadership and direction to senior management and operational teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

  3. Oversee all aspects of vending operations within the region, including sales and marketing, operations management, financial performance, and customer service.

  4. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and business development within the region.

  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

  6. Monitor financial performance and operational metrics within the region, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize performance.

  7. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the vending operations team across the region.

  8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings within the region, building relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.

  9. Provide regular updates and reports to the executive leadership team, outlining key performance indicators, strategic initiatives, and business outcomes within the region.

  10. Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of business operations.

  11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies within the region.

  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners within the region to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.

  2. Minimum 24 months of cumulative experience in executive-level leadership roles within the vending industry or related field.

  3. Proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence within a large-scale vending operation.

  4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans to achieve long-term objectives.

  6. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

  7. Flexibility to travel extensively within the designated region to support business operations and initiatives.

  8. Experience managing vending operations across at least 12 states and vending machine locations, demonstrating a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and operational challenges.

  9. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  10. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and conflicts.

  11. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  12. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Compensation: Base pay: $48 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional incentives may be provided based on performance and overall business results.
