Job Title: State Lead - Vending Operations

Job Description: As the State Lead in Vending Operations, you will hold a pivotal role in overseeing all vending operations within a designated state. You will provide strategic leadership, guidance, and support to district leaders, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving the success of vending operations across the state. Your responsibilities will encompass optimizing operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the state's vending operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and leadership to district leaders within the state, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Oversee all vending operations within the state, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Develop and implement operational plans and initiatives to optimize vending operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration within the state.

Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Provide guidance and support to district leaders in areas such as financial management, inventory control, customer service, and team development.

Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with district leaders to review progress, address challenges, and provide coaching and feedback.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the state's vending operations team.

Serve as a liaison between district leaders and senior management, providing regular updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities within the state.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 5 months of experience serving as a Head District Leader in a vending business or related field.

Proven track record of effectively managing multiple districts and driving growth and profitability within a designated region.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Flexibility to travel within the state as needed.

Ownership or management of 15-18 vending machines to ensure practical understanding and credibility.

Must ensure all vending machines are refilled weekly, as per company policy.

Compensation: Base pay: $27 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional incentives may be provided based on performance and overall business results.
