Job Description: As a Vending Business Trainer, you'll be pivotal in providing comprehensive training and guidance to individuals venturing into or expanding their vending business. Your main role involves developing and conducting training programs covering vending machine operations, inventory management, customer service, and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Craft training materials covering all aspects of vending business operations, including machine maintenance, product selection, pricing strategies, and route planning.

2. Deliver engaging and informative training sessions through various mediums like workshops, webinars, and online courses.

3. Offer personalized coaching and support to trainees, addressing their unique challenges and needs.

4. Conduct hands-on demonstrations to reinforce learning and develop practical skills.

5. Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in vending.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to align training efforts with organizational goals.

7. Assess training effectiveness and continuously refine programs based on feedback.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in the vending industry, business coaching, or training roles is essential.

2. Strong communication and presentation skills.

3. Ability to build rapport with trainees from diverse backgrounds.

4. Proficiency in training tools and technologies.

5. Ownership or management of 3-5 vending machines to ensure practical understanding and credibility.

6. Minimum 5 months of experience as an independent vending machine operator.

Compensation: Base pay: $21 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additional incentives may be provided based on performance.
