Job Title: Vending Operator

Job Description: As a Vending Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of vending machines within designated locations. Your primary duties will include restocking vending machines with merchandise, collecting cash payments, maintaining cleanliness and organization of vending areas, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Restock vending machines with a variety of products, including snacks, beverages, and other items, based on inventory levels and customer demand.

2. Collect cash payments and reconcile transactions accurately.

3. Perform routine maintenance on vending machines, such as cleaning, troubleshooting minor issues, and ensuring machines are in proper working order.

4. Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted operation of vending machines.

5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of vending areas, including removing trash and keeping surroundings presentable.

6. Provide friendly and courteous customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote a positive experience for customers.

7. Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and machine maintenance activities.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in vending machine operation or related field preferred.

3. Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

4. Strong communication and customer service skills.

5. Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as perform physical tasks associated with stocking and maintaining vending machines.

6. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.

7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required, depending on job location.

Compensation: Base pay: $20 per hour In addition to the base pay, vending machine operators typically earn a percentage of the profit generated by the vending machines they manage. Earnings may vary based on factors such as location, product selection, and sales volume.
